Try one small journey, tell us where it felt smooth or confusing, and stop before using real customer, delivery, banking, or card information.
Choose one path
You do not need to test everything.
Your account
Create or use an approved test account, confirm the displayed identity, sign out, and sign back in. Never share a password or reset link.
Your test store
Create a clearly labeled test store, adjust its color, and prepare a fictional listing. Use only photos and information you are authorized to publish.
Business tools
Use fictional customer details to explore an inquiry, estimate, project, or invoice only when Josh assigned that test. Do not contact real customers.
Messages
Message only the approved tester or listing named in your instructions. Do not send private client information, spam, or unsolicited invitations.
Sandbox checkout
Use Stripe test mode only when specifically assigned. Use only the provided test-card details—never a real card, bank account, or real delivery.
Stop and report it.
- You see another person’s private customer, estimate, project, invoice, message, export, or account information.
- The site asks for real payment or banking information during a beta task.
- Your signed-in identity changes unexpectedly or the page claims a test payment succeeded without Stripe confirmation.
- You are unsure whether an action will publish, send, charge, delete, or contact someone.
Do not repeat a risky action to prove it. Record the page and the visible non-secret result, then report it.
A useful report
Four details are enough.
- The page and task.
- What you expected.
- What actually happened.
- The steps that reproduce it, if safe.
Leave out passwords, reset links, tokens, card or bank details, private addresses, and real client information. A screenshot is optional; hide private information first.
